Refund policy
At John Glaser Photography, we want you to love your wildlife and landscape photography prints. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.
Eligible Returns
- Standard-sized prints that arrive damaged or defective
- Prints with manufacturing defects (misprints, incorrect colors, physical damage)
- Incorrect items shipped
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-sized prints or special orders (unless damaged or defective)
- Prints that have been removed from original packaging, mounted, or framed
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Damaged or Defective Prints If your print arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or doesn't match your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at eagle_eyeqq@yahoo.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos showing the damage or defect
- Description of the issue
We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you for any manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
Print Quality Concerns We carefully calibrate all prints to ensure accurate color reproduction. However, please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your monitor settings and lighting conditions. If you have concerns about print quality, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at eagle_eyeqq@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll review your request and provide return authorization and instructions
- Returns must be shipped in original packaging to prevent damage
- Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for buyer's remorse returns
- We cover return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Exchanges The fastest way to get a different size or product is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order for the item you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period If you're located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in original packaging.
